1. The machine tool is suitable for various valve bodies: The machine tool is suitable for the processing of key end faces, outer circles, plane diameters and inner holes of various valve bodies. It has high processing efficiency, reduces labor, has high uniformity of processing dimensions, and is easy to operate. The machine tool can process any valve body with three flange faces at an angle of 90 degrees, valve bodies with two flange faces on the same line, and valve bodies with one flange face processed separately.
2. High processing efficiency: During the processing, the CNC machine tool adopts the method of working simultaneously with the power head to complete the processing of flange faces, end faces and waterlines at the same time, and the time required is 1-3 minutes.
3. Reduce labor: One person can operate two lathes at the same time or one lathe and one drilling machine at the same time.
4. Easy to operate: The machine tool is controlled by a CNC system, and those with CNC operation experience can learn it at once.
Main components
The single-sided CNC boring lathe is mainly composed of a bed, a power head, a CNC feed slide, a CNC cross-feed cutter disc, a hydraulic tooling, and is equipped with an independent power distribution cabinet, a hydraulic station, a centralized lubrication device, a cooling automatic chip removal device, a multi-functional CNC system, a motor, and a machine tool protection system.
Application
Single-sided CNC boring and lathes are mainly used for the processing of valves, pump bodies, pipe fittings, and fire hydrants. They can process the end face, outer circle, waterline, inner hole, chamfering and other processes on the workpiece.
