Single-sided CNC filter boring lathe
The single-sided CNC filter boring lathe is a device specially designed for filters. It can process the end face, waterline, chamfer, boring, sealing surface processing of the third side of the filter.
Main features
1. The single-sided CNC filter boring lathe feed adopts Huadian special CNC system (or Nanjing Huaxing and Guangzhou CNC system), which can realize the processing of taper hole, thread and spherical process by double-axis linkage. Its CNC system has good compatibility, powerful functions and easy operation.
2. The feed platform guide rail is made of high-quality gray cast iron, which is tempered and aged three times after casting rough machining and fine machining to fully eliminate residual internal stress. The surface of the guide rail is treated with ultrasonic quenching and the hardness reaches HRC55. The high-precision guide rail grinding is used to ensure the accuracy, rigidity and stability of the machine tool.
3. The transmission parts adopt precision ball screw transmission and interpolation measures to eliminate the gap to ensure the smooth transmission processing of the machine tool.
4. The power head adopts three-level manual speed change with a high-power motor to achieve low speed and high torque, which can withstand heavy cutting loads and improve processing efficiency.
The tooling adopts hydraulic automatic clamping to improve efficiency and reduce personal labor intensity.
6. The machine tool adopts centralized lubrication to ensure that each moving part is fully lubricated and the service life of the machine tool is improved.
Main components
The single-sided CNC filter boring lathe is mainly composed of a bed, a power head, a CNC feed slide, a CNC lateral feed cutter disc, a hydraulic tooling, and is equipped with an independent electrical cabinet, a hydraulic station, a centralized lubrication device, a cooling automatic chip removal device, and high protection.
Application
Single-sided CNC filter boring lathe is mainly used for machining valves, pump bodies, auto parts, engineering machinery and other parts. It can turn the end face, outer circle, stopper, inner hole, grooving, thread, taper hole and spherical process. The machining process is automated by Huadian special CNC system (or Nanjing Huaxing, Guangzhou CNC system, etc.). High-precision, multi-variety, large-scale production.
