Characteristic
The drilling, reaming, and flange end drilling of the valve stem hole in the butterfly valve can be processed simultaneously in three steps.
The centerline valve rod hole can achieve an alignment of less than 0.05, and the symmetry is less than 0.20.
This machine tool, by adopting a numerical control system, does not require repeated tool setting, allowing for continuous processing, thereby improving dimensional stability and uniformity.
