Main features
The machine tool adopts a PLC system for control, hydraulic transmission, and is easy and quick to operate. It can simultaneously process drilling at two flanges and tapping at the center hole. The speed is fast, the efficiency is high, it saves labor, and reduces costs.
High processing efficiency: During the machining process, the machine tool adopts a method of operating three power heads simultaneously, allowing the completion of drilling three plane holes and tapping medium-sized threads within the same time frame.
Reduce manual labor: Combine a double-sided multi-hole drill with a medium head drill and tap machine, load the workpiece once, process both flanges and the medium head simultaneously, which not only improves efficiency but also reduces the number of clamping operations, and one person can operate 2-3 special machines.
High uniformity in processing dimensions: This special-purpose machine utilizes a PLC system for control, with dedicated tooling for positioning, allowing for repeated processing of the same type of workpiece with only one tool setting, thereby enhancing the uniformity of dimensions.
