Automatic three-sided drilling and tapping machine
The Vicord CNC automated three-sided drilling and tapping machine is a special machine for the automated processing line of pumps, pipes and valves. It can realize three-head simultaneous drilling and tapping, and realize the standardization, efficiency and automation of pump, pipe and valve processing throughout the process.
The Vicord CNC automated three-side drilling and tapping machine adopts PLC system control, hydraulic transmission, and is easy to operate. The two flange surfaces are drilled and the center head is drilled and tapped at the same time, which improves processing efficiency, saves labor, and reduces costs.
Main components
1. Vicord CNC automated three-sided drilling and tapping machine, composed of six-axis machining center, multi-axis machining center, four-axis machining center (different equipment can be configured according to customer needs); another robot is configured for loading and unloading.
2. The processing area layout is semi-enclosed, with only inlets and outlets set at the upper and lower motorized track positions for loading and unloading and replacing valve bodies.
3. Loading and unloading can be fed by a feeder or a visual robot.
Application
The Vicord CNC automated three-sideddrilling and tapping machine is suitable for processing gate valves, water conservancy valves, etc. that require drilling at both ends and threading at the middle end.
