Main features
The machine tool is controlled by a CNC system, and the operation is simple and fast. The three surfaces can be processed at a high speed at the same time, which improves the processing efficiency, saves labor and reduces costs.
1. The machine tool is suitable for the processing of three surfaces that require parallelism and verticality, such as various valves, pipe fittings, fire hydrants, etc., with high processing efficiency, high uniformity of processing dimensions and easy operation.
2. High processing efficiency. During the processing, the machine tool uses three power heads to work simultaneously to complete the processing of three outer circles, planes or holes at the same time.
3. Reduce labor. One special machine is equivalent to the efficiency of three ordinary equipment, and one person can operate 2-3 special machines.

Main components
The three-sided CNC boring and lathe is mainly composed of a bed, a power head, a CNC feed slide, a CNC cross-feed cutter disc, a hydraulic tooling, and is equipped with an independent power distribution cabinet, a hydraulic station, a centralized lubrication device, a cooling and automatic chip removal device, a multi-functional CNC system, a motor, and a machine tool protection system.
Application
Three-side CNC boring and lathes are mainly used for the processing of valves, pump bodies, pipe fittings, and fire hydrants. They can process the end face, outer circle, waterline, inner hole, chamfering and other processes of the workpiece.
