Main features

2. The bed is made of high-quality gray cast iron, which is treated by rough casting, fine machining, and tempering aging to fully eliminate residual internal stress. The surface of the guide rail is treated by ultrasonic quenching. The precision of the guide rail is suitable for grinding to protect the accuracy, rigidity and stability of the machine tool.
3. The worktable adopts a rotary table to protect the machine tool from clamping once, and the rotation of the worktable meets the processing requirements of different parts.
4. The system adopts a CNC servo system to protect the processing accuracy of the workpiece during the processing and improve the processing efficiency.
5. The tooling adopts hydraulic clamping.
