Horizontal machining center
YCWJ-1200 compound horizontal machining center is a kind of equipment developed according to industrial products, which is mainly suitable for multi-process machining of parts such as turning, drilling, boring, milling and tapping. It has the characteristics of completing multi-process machining of workpieces by clamping at one time, greatly reducing the reverse order problem of production process during machining and improving machining efficiency and accuracy. Machine tools are mainly composed of X-axis, Y-axis, Z-axis, B-axis, U-axis and BT50 spindle.
Main features
Our company has developed a horizontal machine for processing valves and various boxes by installing positioning tooling and modifying the clamping structure. It can mill the end face, bore the inner hole, mill the waterline, mill the outer circle, drill holes with high-speed U drills, and tap threads when processing valves. The processing of a valve can be completed in one clamping, and two parallel flange surfaces and the parallel middle planes can be processed in turn. It is even possible to complete the processing of a valve in one clamping.

Application
The horizontal machining center is suitable for complex processing of box-type parts. The tools can be automatically exchanged during the processing. Milling, drilling, reaming, boring, reaming and tapping of four surfaces can be performed at one time.
