Main features

1. The main basic parts such as the base, workbench, column, beam, slide, spindle box are made of HT300 cast iron, box-type structure, compact and reasonable symmetrical rib structure to ensure the high rigidity and bending and shock absorption performance of the basic parts; the basic parts are molded with resin sand and fully aged, which provides a guarantee for the stability of the long-term performance of the machine tool.

Main components

The vicord MH horizontal machining center adopts an inverted T-shaped structure and an integrated base. The bed, worktable, slide, column, spindle box and other large parts are all made of high-strength cast iron materials. The molding is resin sand process, and the stress is eliminated by two aging treatments. These large parts are all optimized by SW and Ansys to improve the rigidity and stability of the large parts and the whole machine, and effectively suppress the deformation and vibration of the machine tool caused by cutting force.
